Rosette Muzigo-Morrison was honored with the 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award from 91³Ô¹Ï’s for International Peace Studies. She is the longest serving legal officer with the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. She is a 1993 M.A. graduate in peace studies and a 1994 LLM graduate in International Civil Rights from 91³Ô¹Ï Law School.
