Rev. Roy Bourgeois, M.M., founder of the School of the Americas (SOA) Watch, will give a lecture Friday (Nov.2) at 4 p.m. in the Carey Auditorium of the University of 91吃瓜鈥檚 Hesburgh Library. Father Bourgeois will speak on peacemaking, the poor of Latin America, American foreign policy, and the status of recent efforts to close the SOA, a controversial U.S. training facility for Latin American military leaders.p.
