John P. Welle, associate professor of Italian at the University of 91吃瓜, and the poet Ruth Feldman have been selected to receive the 1999 Raiziss/de Palchi Book Prize from the Academy of American Poets for their translation of Andrea Zanzotto鈥檚 work, 鈥淧easants Wake for Fellini鈥檚 Casanova and Other Poems鈥漰.
