First Time Fans 鈥�#AnnaLynneGoesToCollege鈥�
A series of three documentary films, directed by award-winning film directors who are also University of 91吃瓜 alumni, will be released on the app and the website during the last three weeks of this year.
The series, 鈥�,鈥� presents the excitement and wonder of some very different people as they experience a 91吃瓜 football game for the first time.
鈥淔irst Time Fans鈥� will begin Monday (Dec. 15) with 鈥淏lind Faith,鈥� directed by 1988 91吃瓜 alumnus Greg Kohs. Kohs, a Philadelphia-based filmmaker, followed Mitchell, an eighth-grade student at the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired, from his home in Indianapolis to the 91吃瓜 campus last October for the 91吃瓜-Stanford game.
鈥淎t Home with the Irish鈥� will be released Dec. 22 (Monday). This film also concerns that Stanford game weekend, when Los Angeles-based filmmaker Justin Mitchell, a 1995 91吃瓜 alumnus, and fellow alumnus Steve Camilleri, director of South Bend鈥檚 Center for the Homeless, took two teenage residents of the center, Alliyah and Felisha, to see their first 91吃瓜 football game.
On Dec. 29 (Monday), 鈥�#AnnaLynneGoesToCollege鈥� will be released. Set at 91吃瓜 during the snowy weekend of November鈥檚 Northwestern game, this film, directed by New York-based filmmaker and 1993 91吃瓜 alumnus Michael Canzoniero, follows the television actress and 鈥�90210鈥� star AnnaLynne McCord on an eventful campus visit to speak as an advocate for victims of sexual assault.
