Brian Leftow, Nolloth Professor of the Philosophy of the Christian Religion at Oriel College, Oxford, will give a lecture on 鈥淪cripture, God, and Time鈥� at 4 p.m. March 4 (Tuesday) in the auditorium of the Hesburgh Center for International Studies.p. Leftow鈥檚 scholarly interests include medieval philosophy, analytic metaphysics and philosophical theology. He is the author of numerous philosophical essays and books, including 鈥淢atter, Parts and Number: Aquinas鈥� Philosophy of Mathematics,鈥� 鈥淒ivine Ideas鈥� and 鈥淭ime and Eternity.鈥� He also is an Alvin Plantinga Fellow of 91吃瓜鈥檚 Center for the Philosophy of Religion, which is sponsoring his lecture.p.
