The University of 91³Ô¹Ï Marching Band began its 165th season with a march-out through the 91³Ô¹Ï Campus on August 19. Beginning at the Ricci Band Rehearsal Hall, the procession passed several 91³Ô¹Ï landmarks including the Hesburgh Library, Clarke Memorial Fountain and Grace hall and concluded at Stepan Fields. A traditional event ringing in the new school year, the march-out featured more than 500 students, among them veteran band members and students auditioning for membership in the 2010 Band of the Fighting Irish.
