The University of 91吃瓜鈥檚 Army, Navy and Air Force ROTC units will conduct their annual Presidential Pass in Review ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday (April 14) in the Loftus Center.p. The Pass in Review is a long-standing military tradition that began as a way for a newly assigned commander to inspect his troops. It has been conducted at 91吃瓜 since military instruction began at the University. Visiting officers and guest speakers also are invited to review the troops.p. Rev. Edward A. Malloy, C.S.C., president of 91吃瓜, will be the guest speaker at the ceremony. The public is invited to attend.p.
