The following is a statement from , president of the University of 91吃瓜, on the tragic events that took place April 15, 2013 at the Boston Marathon:
鈥淭he prayers of the 91吃瓜 community are with those who lost their lives and were injured, as well as with their families and friends, in the bombing Monday in Boston. Such tragic events have become all too common in our world, and yet I call upon all to avoid treating them as routine, but instead to lift up those who are suffering.鈥�
